Introduction

By downloading or using VidFramer (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

VidFramer allows users to select videos from their device, extract frames, and identify or select preferred images from those videos. By using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App.

All intellectual property rights related to the App - including but not limited to its design, functionality, trademarks, and content - remain the property of Daniel Fernandes.

User Content

VidFramer processes videos and images that you select from your device. These files:

• remain your property at all times
• are processed locally on your device (unless otherwise stated)
• are not uploaded or stored by us unless explicitly indicated

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use any content you process through the App.

App Usage

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes:

• using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• attempting to interfere with the App's functionality
• using the App in a way that could harm the service or other users

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

Device & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may:

• compromise your device security
• affect the proper functioning of the App

VidFramer is not responsible for issues caused by modified or insecure devices.

Connectivity & Charges

Some features of the App may require an internet connection (e.g. updates or future features).

You are responsible for:

• any data charges incurred through your mobile provider
• any roaming or network-related costs

We are not responsible for the App not functioning correctly due to lack of connectivity.

Performance & Limitations

While we aim to provide a reliable and efficient experience, VidFramer:

• does not guarantee that extracted frames will meet your expectations
• may be affected by video quality, device performance, or format compatibility
• may not support all video formats or devices

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

Updates & Availability

We may update or improve the App at any time.

You agree to:

• install updates when available
• accept that features may change or be removed

We may also discontinue the App or any part of it without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

VidFramer is provided "as is".

Daniel Fernandes is not liable for:

• any loss of data or content
• any indirect or consequential damages
• any issues resulting from the use or inability to use the App

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
